Club General Manager à The Club General Manager is responsible for overseeing all facets of Club Management, including but not limited to: budget, profit, recruitment and training and management of the sales team.
Assistant Club General Manager à The Assistant Club General Manager reports directly to the Club General Manager and is responsible for assisting the Club General Manager where required.
Customer Service Manager à The Customer Service Manager exemplifies exceptional customer service, whilst motivating and encouraging the clubs reception team to mirror such service standards.
Group Fitness Manager à The Group Fitness Manager is responsible for managing the team of Group Fitness Instructors at their allocated Goodlife Health Club, ensuring insurance and certifications are up to date at all times. The GFM is also responsible for ensuring that members receive an unparalleled Group Fitness experience at Goodlife Health Clubs.
Fitness Director à The Fitness Director is responsible for supervising, overseeing and managing all Club Trainers and Personal Trainers at their allocated club. FD’s must also ensure that all PT’s have relevant insurances and that registrations with Fitness Australia are up to date at all times.
Child Minding Coordinator à The Child Minding Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of the Child Minding facility to provide a safe, helpful and friendly Child Minding service to members, in accordance with Goodlife Health Clubs policies and procedures.
Swim School Manager à The Swim School Coordinator is responsible for coordinating Swim School activities and Swim School Instructors. Swim School Coordinators are also required to take classes and are to follow Goodlife Health Club teaching guidelines.
Membership Consultants à A Membership Consultant (MC) is responsible for delivering the agreed number of membership sales set with the Club Manager on a monthly basis.
Receptionist à Receptionists are an integral part of the Goodlife team and it is their responsibility to meet, greet, assist and farewell all members with knowledge of club facilities, programs and promotions. The receptionist needs to deliver a high level of service in accordance with Goodlife Health Clubs expectations.
Group Fitness Instructor à Group Fitness Instructors are required to take members through a fun and entertaining physical workout. Specialized training is required in order to become a qualified Group Fitness Instructor.
Personal Trainer / Club Trainerà Goodlife Health Clubs Personal Trainers and Club Trainers are required to tailor make training sessions for clients as required. These sessions can include cardiovascular programs, nutritional advice, strength training and stretching.
Child Minding Assistant à The Child Minding Assistant is responsible for ensuring that a safe, helpful and friendly Child Minding service is provided according to Goodlife Health Clubs policy and procedure.
Swim School Instructor à Swim School Instructors are responsible for conducting swimming lessons for children and adults and educating them about water safety.
Head Office à Operating out of Brisbane Queensland, our National Head Office oversees all departments of our clubs around Australia. The various departments at Head Office include: Finance, Marketing, Membership, Sales, Human Resources, Property Development, and Occupational Health & Safety.
