Are you ready for a real challenge?
Goodlife Health Clubs host the incredibly successful 12-Week Challenge program throughout the year. Join up for an intensive program of one-on-one training, weekly nutrition seminars and a massive motivation boost. Here’s how it works:
- Fitness Directors and qualified person trainers conduct weekly seminars, covering topics like meal timings, reading food labels correctly and how to make the best choices when dining out with friends.
- One-on-one sessions with our personal trainers teach you how to train safely and effectively, ensuring you get the results you want. We show you the correct techniques for stretching and using gym equipment, help you balance cardio and resistance training and help you stay motivated with a varied exercise routine.
- At the start of the challenge, measurements and a photo are taken. We monitor your progress with additional measurements at four, eight and twelve weeks.
- Last, but not least, we host a dinner for trainers and participants from all our clubs, a great chance to celebrate your success and, for the most successful challengers, receive awards.
The results of our 12-Week Challenge program speak for themselves: members right around the country have seen huge improvements in their health and fitness and are feeling and looking great, after just 12 weeks of committed training.
