The Goodlife Group Fitness Team aims to provide a welcoming, inspiring, challenging and life changing experience in every class. Our studios not only get results, they provide a social, team environment where members meet and often become lifelong friends!
Every Goodlife club has a timetable packed with classes to help you achieve your fitness goals and motivate you to maintain your fitness throughout the year. Club members have unrestricted access to Group Fitness Classes so you can continue to add variety to your workouts which is vital to achieve fitness success! There are NO EXCUSES!!
All Goodlife Group fitness Instructors are qualified and registered with Fitness Australia as part of their employment, so you know you will be in safe hands any class, any club, every time.
If you are attending a class for the first time please introduce yourself to the instructor so they can assist you. Remember, it will always take a few classes to get the structure and feel of a program so don’t give up! All of our classes (unless specified) cater for beginner to advance levels, so you can choose the options that suit you. Please also wear comfortable clothing and shoes that are appropriate for the program. If you are unsure please ask one of our friendly staff.
Our Class descriptions will help you choose the classes that you wish to attend, however please do not hesitate to contact your clubs Group Fitness Manager if you have any questions or would like more information regarding the clubs timetable.
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Body Attack
A Hi Energy cardio workout with strength and stability incorporated. Burn calories and get results fast! (60min)
Body Balance
A combination of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates to improves strength, flexibility and balance. This class assists the body and mind to achieving a balanced life. (60min)
Body Combat
A combination of martial art techniques modified and delivered in a Hi Energy, calorie burning routine. This Class is seriously fun and seriously motivating. (60min)
Body Jam
A combination of dance modalities built into a cardio workout to seriously get the party started! Layer on the moves and give your final performance at the end. (60min)
Body Pump
This class is the fastest way to change the shape of your body without ’bulking up’. Use a barbell and your own selection of weights to tone and strengthen muscles whilst boosting your metabolic rate for rapid calorie burning. (60min)
Body Step
WARNING -BUTT blasting class! Use a step platform in this is a high-energy cardio class to move your way to toned glutes and thighs. It’s great fun and has a ‘party step’ track to really get you moving. (60min)
Body Vive
A combination of low impact cardio and strengthening moves. Body Vive uses normal everyday activity as its inspiration to help you achieve better functionality and posture. (60min)
CYCLE / SPIN
Located in our cosmic cycle studio, Cycle is the ultimate fat burning workout! Using a stationary bike, you choose your own resistance as you pedal to a leaner, fitter body. (45min)
Pilates
Pilates develops balance and flexibility, improves posture and creates longer, leaner muscles. (60min)
YOGA
Yoga is the complete body and mind workout; build strength and flexibility whilst promoting a calm, stress free mind. (60min)
AQUA
Build strength and burn calories in the pool! Use water as resistance for cardio and results training. (45min)
Boxing
Cardio and strength work to assist toning the upper body whilst burning calories. Great Fun! (45min)
