Trainers are great if you are:
- New to exercise
- Want to feel or look better
- Not getting the results you want on your own
- Inconsistent with workouts and need motivation
- Unsure of what to do e.g.: using equipment and weights machines
- Injured, have special needs, are rehabilitating, or have a health condition.
