· BODY BALANCE - A combination of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates to improves strength, flexibility and balance. This class assists the body and mind to achieving a balanced life.

· BOXING - A high intensity cardio workout to improve, speed agility, stamina and strength.

· BODY ATTACK - A Hi Energy cardio workout with strength and stability incorporated. Burn calories and get results fast!

· POWERHOUR - A circuit style workout for an all body workout. One Hour, Full of Power!!
