Apple & Blueberry Chia Pudding


Blueberry Chia Pudding Recipe

Serves 2


2/3 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbs chia seeds
1 apple, half chopped & half grated
2 tbs blueberries, fresh or frozen


  1. Combine milk, vanilla extract and chia seeds. Stir through apple, spoon into 2 bowls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Top with blueberries to serve.
