Unlimited access to fitness inspiration and workout motivation is not something to be ignored. It can be a huge help in getting you to the gym or out for a run when you’re not quite feeling 100% enthusiastic about it.

3. Couch to 5k
If you’ve ever wanted to run but don’t know where to start, Couch to 5k is a great download. The 8 week program provides workouts to follow from a beginner fitness level (literally couch) to running 5 kilometres non stop.

Johnson & Johnson Human Performance Institute, this app features 72 body weight exercises and 22 workouts that can be customised to create more than 1000 workout variations to keep you moving.
You’ll need a wall and chair to complete the exercises and everything else is super easy to follow – with instructional videos, music and a stop watch provided, all you have to do is show up and complete the exercises.
8. Goodlife Health Clubs App
Use the Goodlife app to sync all of your fitness trackers into one dashboard.
