Easy Salmon Recipe
1 tsp olive oil
240g salmon fillets, skin on
2 tsp dukkah (or other spice)
- Preheat oven grill. Heat oil in a large oven-proof frying pan over medium heat. Coat top of salmon fillets with dukkah.
- Add salmon fillets to pan, skin side down and cook on one side for 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer pan over to oven and grill for a couple of minutes until dukkah is golden brown and salmon is cooked. Transfer to a plate and cover with foil to keep warm until ready to serve.
