Meet Sylvia From The Biggest LoserFeeling more motivated than ever, Sylvia is living a brand new life. Read below to find out what the biggest change she has noticed since leaving Camp Biggest Loser and how she remains on track with her healthy eating.
How have you been keeping fit and staying motivated on the outside?
I’ve been doing a Sh’Bam class every Thursday at Goodlife. I go to the gym 5 days a week after I drop my kids off at school, and I also have 2 personal training sessions a week. I keep motivated by trying new things and mixing up my workouts.
What’s the biggest change you’ve noticed since leaving the house?
I didn’t realise how much I would enjoy going to the gym and meeting new people. If I miss a day I feel guilty and upset!
What you most look forward to when training with your Goodlife personal trainer?
That he really pushes me and he listens to what I have to say. He will try different things in our workouts and doesn’t let me use excuses.
How do you stay on track with your diet?
Every week at the beginning I write a daily meal plan that I stick to. I try and stay away from my old favourites and stay on track.
What’s the best advice your Goodlife trainer gave you?
To ‘just keep breathing’ and ‘the training won’t get easier, you will just get better’.
