Boris has been in the coaching/personal training scene for close to 15 years. His vast array of experience has him specializing in athlete development, functional strength and conditioning as well as injury prevention/rehabilitation and weight loss. An athelete by nature Boris understands the dedication it takes to reach any goal. With experience and determination for success Boris strives to help his clients achieve their goals both in the gym and out.
