Brett started his fitness journey after tearing his ACL playing basketball. What followed was a love for the process of fitness and training during his rehabilitation. His journey began with basic weights training and has progressed through both strength and hypertrophy cycles, to now venturing into CrossFit and more dynamic forms of lifting and training.
