Cassandra is one of the more experienced trainers of Goodlife Health Clubs. She has been a personal trainer for more than 10 years and been training with Goodlife Holland Park for 5 of those. Cassandra has a wealth of experience and knowledge to share, having worked with hundreds of happy clients. Cassandra is a professional who dedicates her life to the goals and achievements of her clients, who receive monthly individually tailored programs, measurement recording, photographs & nutrition.
