Chad has previously served in the Australian Defence Force for over 16 years. In 2013, he deployed to Afghanistan where he was the sole trainer for 1500 Soldiers from Australia, America, Afghanistan and Great Britain. He was responsible for motivating them to keep going and staying positive in a very difficult environment. He now applies these skills to the personal training world where he has over 11 years experience.
