Dale’s passion is to get people moving! Moving in ways to allow better function in daily life and, more importantly, to allow you to do all the fun stuff you want to do. He's a Personal Trainer who loves mixing up his workouts using techniques from powerlifting through to a peaceful yoga flow, aligning the mind, body and breath to tune into the moment. His focus is on healthy posture mechanics and applying techniques for developing muscle.
