Emma has always interested in sports and staying active. After her own weight loss journey, she decided to live out her dream of becoming a personal trainer. Emma has successfully trained 12 Week Challenge participants and loves helping people get their personal best in strength training. She loves people pushing beyond what they think they can achieve.
