Jess includes both strength and conditioning styles of training, that are tailored to the clients specific goals. Jess likes to introduce her clients to different training styles that are out of their comfort zone as this is where changes happen and results achieved. Whether you have 20 minutes or 2 hours to train, each session can be as effective as the other, its all about efficiency .
