Born & raised in Athens Greece, Mike brings 17 years of weight training and physical fitness experience to the table. Unsatisfied with his previous career in the maritime industry, he decided to make a career of his passion. He enrolled at the industry renowned Australian Institute of Fitness where he attained the certification of Master Trainer. Mike's philosophy towards fitness is all natural. His goal is to help others attain their best body through a change of mind, habits and commitment.
