Paul's own fitness journey started over 30 years ago. He's focused on achieving his clients' specific goals and committed to improving their overall wellbeing. His motto is "be the best you can be". Weight training and HIIT workouts are Paul's speciality. Paul trained the female club winner of the Goodlife 12 Week Challenge. His patient nature has all his clientele achieve results and changing their lifestyle for the better.
