Paul Hunter has been involved in competitive sport all his life and sees personal training as an extension of this. As a qualified Podiatrist (8+ years) and personal trainer he combines his knowledge of anatomy and physiology with his belief in sustainable exercise, nutrition, and life choices to create health and wellbeing in people of all ages and abilities.
