Peter is an experienced strength and conditioning coach who started out in New Zealand in the early 90's. He played rugby, soccer and tennis while growing up and also made representative teams in all three. A severe lower back injury playing rugby ended Peter’s playing days. He then took up the art of karate in 1984 to aid in rehabbing the injury - he still trains and teaches to this day.
