Richard is currently a personal trainer at Goodlife Glen Iris. Richard has grown up with a fairly active lifestyle which led him to get into the gym roughly 5 years ago and during this time explored a variety of different training styles from bodybuilding, power lifting, Olympic lifting and functional training, all of which have allowed him to become a better version of his self and what Richard hope to be able to pass onto his clients.
