Shingai has been a Personal Trainer for almost a decade and has enjoyed every minute of it. The most fulfilling part of her job is helping people transform themselves not just physically but also develop good habits that will impact their lives as a whole. Having faced injuries in her life, Shingai believes in educating and empowering her clients to take back control of their bodies and go back to the activities that they love.
