Zane has been working in the fitness industry as a trainer and mentor since 2011, and prior to this had a strong background in various high level sports. Zane has a passion for fitness science and has very quickly become a sought after trainer for his knowledge in many disciplines including strength training, mobility, Olympic lifting and rehabilitation. Zane is one of the Fitness Directors for Goodlife and now helps develop new and existing trainers to becoming better coaches every day.
