G4 Competition Terms & ConditionsThe G4 Comp commences 30th April, 2018 and is available to current Goodlife Health Clubs members only. Entries close 5 May 2018. Any entries after the start date of the comp will forfeit any value in materials or services which are released between date of purchase and start date. The registration fee is non-refundable other than by circumstances that would deem you unable to participate prior to the program starting. In which case, you will be asked to provide relevant documentation.
You must be at least 16 years of age before registering in the G4 Comp. If you are under the age of 18, a parent or guardian will need to sign your registration and Medical Consent forms on your behalf. Members of the Goodlife staff are allowed to enter a staff category but are not eligible for any of the member prizes. Competitors may not use any performance enhancing supplements or strength enhancing drugs, unless prescribed by a physician for a medical condition and such proof is provided to the Club General Manager.
Rules and regulations of the judging criteria, terms and conditions and exercise rules must be followed. Failure to do so could result in disqualification from judging and cancellation of your entry. Rule interpretations and all judging decisions are final. All information and materials submitted by entrants into the G4 Comp become the sole and exclusive property of Goodlife Health Clubs. All entrants’ details will remain confidential and will not be disclosed without written permission. Submission of an entry in the G4 Comp constitutes your acceptance of these rules, regulations, policies and registration.
There will be one winner selected from each club. These club winners will then go in the running for the overall winners for their state (QLD, VIC, NSW, SA, WA Goodlife Health Clubs). To determine the winners for the G4 Comp participants are to hand in their completed attendance cards to reception to go into the draw for the chance to win.
To be eligible to go into the draw members must attend a minimum of three group fitness classes per week and have them signed off by the group fitness instructor and complete all social tasks as outline in the attendance card.
