Refer friends for your chance to win 1 of 5 Wellness Weekends at Vibe Hotel Gold Coast

  1. The Promoter is conducting the promotion in selected health clubs in QUEENSLAND, NEW SOUTH WALES, VICTORIA, SOUTH AUSTRALIA, WESTERN AUSTRALIA ("Participating Outlets") between 1 May 2018 and ends at each Participating Outlet on 31 May at 9:00PM AEST ("Promotional Period"). The offer only applies to existing members and new members who join within this period, and cannot be run in conjunction with any other offer. 
  2. Limited to one winner per state (5). Each winner will select their own plus one/guest.
  3. Participants must refer a minimum of 3 people in order to be entered into the draw in their respective club. 3 people referred must be non- members.
  4. Winners will be randomly drawn and contacted by the 8/06/18. 
  5. The prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
  6. Winners must be available to travel between 20th July - 22nd July.
  7. There is no age limit to participate in the Promotion; winners who are under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. If you are under 18 years of age, your parent or legal guardian must submit the prize claim on your behalf. During the entire duration of the prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age.
  8. The prize is for 5 people and their partner and consists of 2 nights twin share accommodation at Vibe Hotel Gold Coast and includes 1 x complimentary curated dinner for two people, 2 x complimentary breakfasts for two people and exclusive group workouts. 
  9. Each participant will be awarded an economy flight for them and a friend on the best available rate from their closest capital city to Gold Coast Airport. Transfers to and from the airport are the responsibility of the winner. 
  10. Travel insurance is not provided and Goodlife Health Clubs recommends that winning entrants obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including medical coverage (at their own expense) prior to travel. 
  11. Spending money and meals (other than those specifically included), and any other ancillary costs are the winner’s responsibility. 
  12. Winner may be required to present a credit card at the time of accommodation check in. 
  13. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
  14. The Promoter or the Participating Outlets shall not be liable for any claim, loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law and the user of the pass indemnifies the Promoter and the Participating Outlet in relation to any claim, loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury which is suffered or sustained.
