Jeremy Barnes is a personal trainer, coach and mentor. His fitness journey began, in the U.S. when he was 40kg over weight with an unhealthy and inactive lifestyle. He now aspires to be a positive role model for future generations. Jeremy is obsessed with innovation, high performance and quality care. He takes clients who are already training from good to great. His mission is to empower people to live life pain free and effectively.
