LJ has a passion for fitness after completing her Bachelor of Exercise and Movement Science at QUT. She is able to use her knowledge to educate people on how to work out effectively and efficiently and maintain a healthy lifestyle. She specialises in injury prevention and rehabilitation training and has a real drive to help clients achieve their health and fitness goals with personalised training plans, nutritional advice and support.
